Pre-Sale Acknowledgment:

If you are purchasing a course during a pre-sale period, you acknowledge and agree that:

*The course content is not yet available and will be delivered on the official release date, which will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.

*You will not receive access to the course until the stated release date.

*No early access, previews, or partial content will be provided before the official release.

*It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and active email address to ensure successful course delivery. ManeInk Academy will not be held liable for non-receipt of course access due to incorrect or inactive email details provided by the purchaser.

No Refund, No Cancellation Policy:

All purchases of digital courses and educational materials from ManeInk Academy are final and non-refundable.

By completing your purchase, you agree that:

*No refunds, returns, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with course content, failure to achieve specific results, changes in personal circumstances, or technical issues related to your personal device or internet access.

*You waive any rights to dispute these terms through chargebacks, PayPal disputes, or other payment recovery methods. Any attempt to dispute or reverse the charge will be considered a breach of this agreement.

No Guarantee of Results:

The courses offered by ManeInk Academy are designed for educational purposes only.

While we strive to provide high-quality content, we do not guarantee:

*Specific results, business success, or financial gain from implementing the teachings in our courses.

*That the information provided will be applicable to every individual's situation.

*Your success depends on your own efforts, implementation, and external factors beyond our control.

Copyright, Intellectual Property, and Distribution Restrictions:

A. Ownership of Content

All materials, including videos, written content, graphics, worksheets, and other digital assets provided by ManeInk Academy are the exclusive intellectual property of ManeInk HairLoss Solutions and are protected under United States Copyright Law and International Copyright Treaties.

By purchasing a course, you DO NOT have the right to:

*Share, distribute, resell, or reproduce any part of the course, including but not limited to videos, PDFs, proprietary frameworks, methodologies, or downloadable content.

*Modify, edit, alter, or create derivative works based on our copyrighted materials.

*Allow unauthorized individuals to access the course using your login credentials.

*Violations of this policy, including unauthorized distribution, sharing, or reselling of our materials, will result in immediate termination of your access without refund and may lead to legal action for copyright infringement, including financial damages and attorney’s fees.

We actively monitor for violations and will pursue legal action against individuals or businesses who copy, share, or distribute our intellectual property without explicit written consent.

Binding Agreement & Enforcement:

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you:

*Are waiving any rights to contest this agreement through disputes, chargebacks, or other financial recovery methods.
