PHASE I: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Build a strong foundation in scalp health, learn how to properly identify common conditions, and confidently integrate targeted treatments into your services—allowing you to expand your offerings, increase your revenue, and do so without overwhelm.

Building scalp treatment protocols – how to structure a series, frequency and pricing.
Intake forms and scalp treatment menu is done for you and included in your training
PHASE II: 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM
This is where everything comes together. You’ll step into real, live case scenarios as we work through dermscoping on 6 live models, giving you the opportunity to see a range of scalp conditions and hair loss presentations in real time.
As a cohort, we will walk through each client from start to finish—just as you would behind the chair.

PHASE III: 2:15 PM – 3:15 PM
This phase focuses on identifying all major types of hair loss, understanding how they present, and recognizing the patterns that guide your decision-making.
Building on your knowledge of scalp types, dermscoping, and consultations from Phase I, this is where it comes full circle—allowing you to connect what you’re seeing to the hair loss concerns your clients are experiencing.

Positioning Hair Loss Services — how to confidently communicate your recommendations and integrate hair loss solutions into your existing business model
PHASE IV: 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM
This phase breaks down the most in-demand devices and technologies used to support hair growth and improve scalp health. You’ll gain a clear understanding of what each device does, who it’s for, and how to confidently integrate these services into your business.
